I absolutely loved the charming decoration of this hotel. The general areas were beautifully designed, creating a warm and cozy environment that made me feel right at home. It was also very accessible for senior people, with easy access ramps and elevators provided throughout the hotel.

I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive and helpful to senior guests.

We stayed at 103 Alpine for a short vacation and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, close to the lift for the seven Rila lakes. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The spa amenities, including the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, were perfect for relaxation. The extended breakfast was luxurious and the food in the restaurant was amazing. our stay at 103 Alpine was excellent.

our honeymoon in panichishte was unforgettable, and our stay at a boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. the clean and quiet atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and excellent restaurant made it a perfect relaxing getaway. we were impressed by the stylish decor, friendly and professional staff, and breathtaking views. we will definitely be back!

Staying at a modern chalet during Christmas was an excellent choice. The friendly staff provided extended and luxurious service, with a super breakfast that comes to your table. We enjoyed how close the hotel was to the ski slopes and panoramic views of the mountain range. It was great to have a minibar in the room with optional snacks and a working air conditioning system.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we did experience one minor issue. The receptionist took a while to check us out, delaying our travel time.
